What is the return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges only for non-customized items that are unused and in their original condition.
Items that require selecting variants such as size, color, or personalized/custom details are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged if ordered incorrectly or if you change your mind. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 10 days at info@la-lookawesome.com to arrange a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty.
