1. Ambassador Requirements:

• Ambassadors must generate sales exclusively within the United States.
• They must have an active Shopify Collaborator account to manage sales and commissions.
• Ambassadors must purchase at least 1 product from our store after receiving approval in the program. (You will be offered a 25% discount for this purchase).

2. Commissions and Payments:

• Ambassadors will receive payments for generated commissions every 15 days (processed a few days after).
• Payments will be processed through Shopify Collaborator in USD (United States Dollars).

3. Tax Responsibility:

• If the ambassador resides in the United States, they may be required to complete a W9 form for tax purposes.
• Failure to provide a requested W9 form will limit the ambassador's payments to a total of $599.99 USD per fiscal year.

4. Currency Conversion:

• If an ambassador chooses to receive payments in a currency other than USD, a currency conversion fee will apply.
• If electing to receive final payment via PayPal, bank account, or wire transfer in a currency other than USD, Hyperwallet will conduct the currency conversion prior to reaching the PayPal wallet or financial institution. The conversion will be subject to Hyperwallet's base exchange rate and currency conversion fees:
• The base exchange rate is based on rates within wholesale currency markets on the conversion day or the previous business day, or as required by law or regulation, set at the corresponding government reference exchange rate.
• Hyperwallet applies and retains a currency conversion fee equivalent to 0.50% of the payment amount. Shopify has secured this preferred currency conversion fee in collaboration with Hyperwallet for the benefit of Shopify Partners.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Ambassadors must maintain active and positive communication with the LA LOOK AWESOME team.
• They are encouraged to collaborate on marketing campaigns and promotions as per LA LOOK AWESOME guidelines.

6. Use of Images and Content:

• Ambassadors may use LA LOOK AWESOME images or content for promotional purposes with prior authorization.
• Unauthorized use of images or content may result in termination of the ambassador agreement.

7. Agreement Duration:

• The ambassador agreement is valid until further notice and may be terminated by either party with prior notice.

8. Compliance with Policies:

• Ambassadors must comply with all LA LOOK AWESOME policies and regulations at all times.
• Any conduct violating these policies may result in immediate termination of the agreement.

9. Policy Amendments:

• LA LOOK AWESOME reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and will notify ambassadors of any significant changes.

By adhering to this policy, LA LOOK AWESOME ambassadors acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
